$1M Year. No Staff.
10 Hours a Week.

I replaced my entire team with AI. Now I'm helping other agency owners do the same thing.

30 minutes. If it's not a fit, no pitch.

28 clients × $3,000/month = $1M/year

Each client takes 90 minutes of my time per month.

That's less than 10 hours a week. No employees.

This Is For Agency Owners Who Are Tired of Managing People

You run an agency and you're buried in the work. You've got clients, but you spend all your time managing the team that delivers to them. You want the clients without the chaos.

You're on your own and you've hit a wall. You can't take on more work because there's only one of you. You've thought about hiring but the idea makes you sick.

You've tried the agency thing before and it broke you. The work was great. The team wasn't. You're ready to try again, but this time without the people problems.

You can see where AI is going and you want to move now. Not next year. Now. Before everyone else figures it out.

This Isn't a Chatbot. It's Your Whole Back Office.

We install a system of AI agents inside your agency. Each one does one job. They work together to run your operations and deliver your services to clients. You set it up once. It keeps running.

🧠

It does the work you sell.

Whatever service you deliver to clients (content, design, ads, SEO, reporting, email, anything), the AI learns how you do it. You teach it once. It handles it from there. Every new client gets the same quality without you doing the work again.

⚙️

It runs your projects.

Tasks, deadlines, approvals, status updates. The AI manages all of it inside your project management tool. You stop living in Asana or ClickUp. The AI lives there instead.

💬

It talks to your clients.

Each client gets their own channel. The AI sends updates ("your blog post is ready for review"), handles revision requests, and only tags you when something actually needs your brain.

It checks the work before it ships.

Nothing goes to a client without passing your approval process. The AI drafts it, you review it, the client approves it. If they want changes, the AI makes them. And it learns from every correction so the same mistake doesn't happen twice.

In my own agency, the AI writes weekly blog posts, creates 40+ social media posts a month, builds email newsletters, and generates custom images for every client, all in their voice. But that's what I sell. You might sell paid ads, web design, SEO, or reporting. Same system. Different skills loaded in.

Don't Take My Word For It.

"The system is remarkably simple. You answer a handful of questions and content just flows. Blog posts and social posts get approved through AI. Edits appear instantly and everything publishes automatically. It even works perfectly in Dutch. Every week there's new content on our socials and website and I no longer have to chase it. That alone has been worth it."

Pick the Path That Fits How You Work

I teach you. You build it.

Headless Lab

  • 90 days
  • Weekly group call with Troy (screen-sharing, live Q&A)
  • Private Slack community with direct access to Troy
  • Every skill file, template, and framework from my own agency
  • You install the system yourself, with me coaching you step by step
  • Small founding group. First cohort gets the best access and the lowest price.
I build it for you.

Headless Install

  • 90 days
  • One on one with Troy
  • I install the AI directly inside your agency
  • Every skill tuned to your specific services and workflows
  • Intensive first week to get you moving fast, then a call every two weeks
  • Your own Slack channel with me for questions anytime
  • Very few spots. Almost full. When they're gone, they're gone.

Both paths end in the same place: a working system that delivers to your clients without you doing the work.

Common Questions

Is the AI output actually good?
My clients are agency owners. They make content for a living. If anyone would spot bad AI work, it's them. They're paying me and recommending me to others. The system learns how each client talks during onboarding, and everything gets checked before it goes out.
How long before it pays for itself?
If you already have clients, you'll save time in the first month. By month two, you're keeping more of the money because you're not paying people to do the work. By month three, the system runs without you.
What tools do I need?
A project management tool (Asana, ClickUp, whatever you already use). A CRM (we use HighLevel). Slack. Plus whatever platforms your clients are already on (WordPress, Google, Meta). Total cost is a few hundred dollars a month. Way less than one employee.
Can I bring my existing clients into this?
Yes. You don't start over. Your current clients move into the system over a few weeks. You keep them. The AI just takes over the delivery.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
No. There's something better. If the system hasn't paid for itself by day 90, I keep working with you personally until it does. I don't do money-back guarantees because people who have one in their back pocket don't do the work.
What if I don't have any clients yet?
This builds the engine that delivers to clients. It doesn't find them for you. The system works whether you have 1 client or 28, but you still need to go out and sign them. If you've never sold to a business, this isn't the right fit yet.

You Already Know If This Is For You.

You can keep hiring people, managing people, and hoping it gets easier.

Or you can build the agency you actually wanted when you started. Small on purpose. Great money. Your time back. No team to manage.

30 minutes. Free. We figure out if it's a fit. If it's not, we part ways as friends. If it is, we get to work.
